CORE BARRE

This is a full body Ballet based workout. All are welcome! No Ballet experience is required. It is a workout geared for everyone. We utilize the Ballet Barre, weights, and yoga mats during class. You can bring a mat or rent one for $1. Socks or ballet shoes are preferred for this class.
